Push on moderator adaptor 1/2" UNF female threads.
This adaptor allows you to fit a moderator with a 1/2" UNF fitment to the HFT500, FTP900, MPR and EV2* range of target rifles.
Slip-on easy fit, retained by one grub screw.
Provides a 1/2 UNF (1/2x20 TPI) thread.
Black anodised finished aluminium.
Please Note: many silencers are female threaded and so would not fit without a female to male thread adapter (available separately).
Designed by Air Arms for the HFT500, FTP900, MPR and EV2 barrel and other 14mm diameter barrels.
*Please Note: Only fits EVA models that have 14mm diameter barrels.

(Moderator Adaptor for HFT, FTP, MPR & EV21 Models).
Allows you to fit a moderator with a 1/2” UNF fitment to the MPR and HFT range of rifles.
Follow the picture sequence below to fit your adaptor.
The only tools required are a 2mm and 2.5mm Allen key.
Fitting the Adaptor (Images below):
- Remove the grub screw holding the muzzle on to the barrel using a 2mm Allen key.
- Slide the muzzle from the barrel.
- Slide the adaptor on to the barrel and align the screw hole with the dimple in the barrel.
- Insert the fixing screw use a 2.5mm Allen key (DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN).
- Fit your chosen moderator and you are ready to shoot.
The majority of UK airguns, rimfire rifles and some smaller calibre centerfire rifles (.17, .17HMR, .22WMR, .22LR, .222Rem, .243Win) are usually 1/2 UNF (1/2x20 TPI), then larger calibers (.30>) are usually 1/2x28 UNEF or 5/8x24 as the next most common, if threaded at all, and of course if not re-threaded.
The majority of USA airguns, rimfire and smaller calibre centerfire rifles would likely be 1/2 UNEF (1/2x28).
