I placed an order for an item, Received an error message saying ERROR TRANSACTION INCOMPLETE RETURNING YOU TO MERCHANT WEBSITE, So I tried again only to get the same message, I then went onto Amazon and placed an order for the same item which processed immediately and with no problems and was £4.80 cheaper. The following day I checked my bank statement to find they have tried to process both payments despite telling me they failed and with no kind of message to tell me they were actually going through. I messaged them 3 times to alert them of the issue and never had one single response, instead I had to call PayPal and my bank to get the order cancelled.Disgusting, even worse you cannot call them by phone as they have no phone number RIDICULOUS. I WILL POST THIS REVIEW ABOUT ANY SUPPLIES WHERE EVER I CAN NOW. COPY AND PASTE IT ONTO OTHER SITES TO MAKE SURE NOONE ELSE HAS TO ENDURE THE SAME STUPIDNESS I HAVE. ANT SUPPLIES REPLY: Sorry we received no emails regarding the problem, this is the first I have heard about it. I will check now with PayPal to find out what the problem was. We do not process any payments, it is all done automatically by PayPal and we are only informed once the payment is successful (21/02/2017). It overcomes the problem many Yukon XT Photon owners have with setting correct eye relief. The mount also helps to keep the centre of balance of the rifle intact so that it seems less heavy to shoulder. Well done ANT SUPPLIES LTD for job well done. I ordered the 60 degree offset 'See Thru' Picatinny/ Weaver mount to fix a Walther Night Force Flashlight & Laser to the bottom rail of my Webley Alecto as it could not be cocked when fitted with a moderator. The new mount has cured this problem superbly, there is now plenty of room for the moderator to clear the torch/laser and leaves the ON/OFF press switch at a nice trigger fingertip position to easily operate it. I cannot fault the quality of this mount, it's excellent and with my order arriving within two days of placing it the whole buying experience with Ant Supplies Ltd has been an easy pleasure, many, many thanks guys!! |

I have never used this site before, but I can only comment on how helpful and resourceful Tim has been in helping to find a Sun Shade that will fit a Hawke Scope that I was told no such Shade existed. In one week it has all been successful and you have a very happy customer and I will more than likely be back to this company for other items when required. "Tim, just received the offset sling fitting that I ordered just the other day, really impressed with the speed of delivery. Also this simple bit of kit has solved a problem for me in a trice, I have a abs/resin stocked rifle,and I was reluctant to drill into it to fit conventional sling mounts, as I was concerned that the plastic would burr over time. I have now simply mounted the offset sling mount on my scope rail,just below my Hawke red dot sight, attached a bungee one point sling,and happy days everything works, neat and tidy and secure.
