Pro-shot / Parker-Hale UK male thread to USA female adapter for UK shotgun cleaning rods.

Design for UK shotgun barrel rods to accept Standard American #5/16-27 threaded accessories.

This Pro-Shot / Parker-Hale adapter will allow US shotgun cleaning attachments, brushes, mops, patch puller loops and jags, to be used on UK shotgun rods with UK spec 9/32"x26 TPI BSB threads (British Standard Brass).

Shotgun rod male end thread is UK 9/32"x26.

Female fitting attachment end thread is USA #5/16-27.

Fits Parker Hale etc, however please note: they fit current Parker Hale rods and may not fit older rods without some filing.

This adaptor will also allow you to use your UK spec small calibre (.22 / 6.5mm to .243) rifle barrel cleaning rod, with UK spec shotgun barrel cleaning swabs.

Rifle rod male end thread is UK 5/32” x 32 TPI BSW (British Standard Whitworth).

Shotgun male fitting attachment end thread is USA #5/16-27.

Fits Parker Hale UK small cal rifle rods (grey rods/red handles), to be used for shotgun barrel cleaning, with Parker Hale shotgun brushes, mops, patch puller loops and jags (sometimes in Bisley packaging).

This adaptor can also be used on USA rifle barrel cleaning rods, and many Chinese produced rods, if combined with a UK - US adapter 'G'.

This adaptor will also allow you to use your UK spec large calibre (.270 to .60) rifle barrel cleaning rod, with UK spec shotgun barrel cleaning swabs.
